New Patient Consultation
30 Minute Visit with Dr. Vincent – During this visit, Dr. Vincent will discuss our process, pricing, what can be expected from treatment, and answer any questions you may have. This visit can be scheduled as a phone call or as an in-person meeting in our office.

Consists of Patient History, Comprehensive Exam, and Movement Assessment to evaluate your specific condition. Dr. Vincent will then determine a diagnosis and outline your care plan. Treatment for that day is also included.

For existing patients that present with a new injury. Consists of Comprehensive Exam and Movement Assessment to evaluate your specific condition. Dr. Vincent will then determine a diagnosis and outline your care plan. Treatment for that day is also included.

Do We Accept Insurance?
Although we aren’t in network with insurance companies, we can however work with them! We can provide you with what is called a “Superbill”. This is a claims form that you can submit directly to your insurance company and potentially receive reimbursement back for your visit!
This ultimately allows us to spend more time with you each visit and provide you with the treatment and high-quality care you need, without being limited to what your insurance company deems medically necessary for you!

What to Expect
New Patient Visit
Each patient will be required to fill out the New Patient Intake Form prior to the initial treatment visit. Once the patient history has been obtained, a thorough examination and movement assessment will be performed in order to properly evaluate and accurately diagnose your condition.
New Patient visits include a comprehensive exam, Chiropractic adjustments, stretching, Graston/Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, cupping therapy, mechanical massage, and corrective movement exercises/rehabilitation.
Standard Treatment Visit
All services provided at Premier Sports Chiropractic and Recovery are made available during each patient visit. Returning Patient visits include a review of your presenting injury, Chiropractic adjustments, stretching, Graston/Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, cupping therapy, mechanical massage, and corrective movement exercises/rehabilitation.
